At 40 weeks pregnant (or perhaps a little more if you are over your due date), you will be anxiously awaiting the first signs of labour. You may begin to feel a little sick, tearful and may suffer diarrhoea, an imminent sign of impendingchildbirth! Try to relax and keep calm. Very soon your long-awaited baby will be here!
